About
Rei & Roku are looking for some new styles, so we’re starting our first ever fanart contest!
This year’s contest features the following key themes:
- Japanese Autumn
- Festival
- Japanese Elements
Put on your creative shoes and show us your artistic prowess by drawing Rei and Roku with at least one of the above themes for the Rei and Roku Fanart Contest!

IFF Osaka ファンアートコンテスト開催決定！
IFF Osaka公式マスコット・レイとロクのイラストを大募集！記念となる第一回目のファンアートコンテスト！入賞作品は今後IFF公式グッズやプロモーションに使用されるかも♪
今年のイラストテーマは3つ。以下のいずれか、もしくは複数を作品に取り入れてください！

Rules
- Must read and agree to all Fanart Contest Rules
- Artist agrees that all submissions may be used by IFF for promotional purposes
- Submission must integrate at least one of the listed key themes
- Alteration of Rei and Roku’s outfit is allowed
- Some alteration of Rei and Roku’s hair is also allowed.
- Submission must be a minimum of 11”x17” at 300dpi
- Submitted artwork must be coloured
- PSD file must be transparent
- Do not use watermark on your submission
- Up to 1 entry per person (Multiple entries are not allowed)
- Submission should be relatively PG. Entries with offensive language, nudity, and/or NSFW content may be subject to disqualification
- Any plagiarized entries will be immediately disqualified
- Any non-compliance with above official rules and requirements will result to disqualification, forfeiture at the sole discretion of IFF.
Submission
- Submission file preferred in PSD format
- Please upload your submission to Google Drive or Dropbox and paste the link in the Application form
- Name your photo file with the following labeling format: FirstName_LastName_SFC15_artworkTitle_artistAlias
- The submission itself needs to be full body, but the artist can submit a version that is cropped with a fully drawn background as long as the PSD contains the full body version of your artwork.
応募条件
- 応募者はIFF Osakaファンアートコンテストの以下の条件・規定を読み、同意しなければなりません。同意しない場合は応募者失格・応募作品無効となる場合があります
- 応募作品は全てIFF OsakaのPR資料・グッズなどに使用される場合がございます
- 応募者お一人につき応募作品は1つに限ります
- 3つあるイラストテーマのうち、最低1つを取り入れているもの
- 応募作品はレイとロクの全身が入っている必要があります
- レイとロクの衣装の変更可
- 応募作品にウォーターマークを使用しないでください
- 作品は会場で展示されるため、18禁作品は固く禁じています
- 盗作は固く禁じています。盗作された応募作品は失格となります
ファイル形式
- Google DriveもしくはDropboxへファイルをアップロードし、リンクを応募フォームに入力してください
- 推奨ファイル形式：PSD
- PSD以外にもAIやSAIファイルなど、レイヤーを維持できるファイル形式であれば可
- 解像度最低300dpi、サイズ最低11インチx17インチ
- PSDファイルは透明な背景を使用してください
- 提出ファイルは次のように名付けてください：名_性_IFF18_タイトル_ハンドル名（例：Taro_Yamada_IFF18_ReiRokuFanart_Handoru09）
Judging Criteria
Entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges, who will evaluate each submission based on the following judging criteria: Originality, Creativity, Technical Execution, and Vision. In the event of a tie, the Judges select the entry which received the highest points for Creativity as the Winner.
Fans will also have an opportunity to vote for their favourite artwork in-person at International Fan Festival 2018! Voting will be conducted at IFF Merch Booth locate inside the Vendor Hall.
Awards
Up to 6 prize packages will be awarded in this contest.
Winner will be announced on IFF’s social media platform and be notified by Email.

審査内容
応募作品は審査員によって評価されます。評価内容は独創性、創造性、技術性、ビジョンの4つ。
また、ファン投票をIFF Osakaで行います！ファン投票賞を決めるために、IFF展示ホール内にあるIFF公式ブースでファンアートコンテスト投票エリアを設置します。

今回のコンテストでは最大6つの作品が入賞できます。
入賞者はIFF公式SNSとメールでお知らせいたします。
